Summer Positions - Now Hiring
Each summer, Horizons San Diego brings together a collaborative, mission-driven team to create a caring learning environment for students. One of our core values is building sustainable, long-term relationships between staff and students, and our goal is for faculty and staff to return summer after summer.
Summer roles are paid, seasonal positions with training and support provided. Staff work closely with students, families, and teammates to support academic growth, enrichment, and social-emotional learning throughout the summer. Together we build a community grounded in care, equity, and belonging.
We’re looking for people who enjoy working with children, value collaboration and reflection, and want to do meaningful work as part of a committed team.
