THE STORY
Horizons San Diego launched in 2021 as Horizons Francis Parker and became an independent 501c3 in 2025. Francis Parker School remains a host site and a dedicated partner.
Horizons provides targeted interventions, personalized attention, transportation to and from the program, and healthy meals + snacks. By addressing specific needs and reinforcing fundamental skills, Horizons helps students catch up, build confidence, and lay a foundation to achieve future academic success.
